Under 5 Minutes to Quantico main gate and I-95 Triangle Exit. You'll have the entire top level of this home to yourself for your family to relax and be close to everything!

This is the perfect home base for attending TBS, OCS, FBI or other events at Quantico. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a kitchen, dining area, and living room you'll feel right at home during your stay in the Woodbridge/Quantico/Triangle/Stafford area.

This home will accommodate small and larger groups while in the area.

You will enjoy off street parking (enough for 4 compact cars double parked side by side) - you can use the concrete stairs off the driveway, or walk in from the front sidewalk to get to the concrete porch where your relaxing well-appointed home away from home awaits.

You'll enter through the living room where you'll feel warmth from the original refreshed hardwood floors. We have a hall tree with coat hooks and places you can put your shoes so you can relax and feel at home.

The living room has a sofa, and oversized arm chair where you can watch TV, or turn on the electric fireplace and snuggle with a blanket to enjoy some family conversation time.

Just past the living room is the dining room with seating for six. To your left is the newly updated and fully-stocked kitchen with a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. A dual K-Cup / Coffee Pot with an assortment of K-cups is available complimentary. Within the kitchen we also have everything you need for dining and cooking meals including pots/pans, blender, mixer, toaster, cutlery/plates/serving utensils, etc.

To the right of the dining room is the hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

From inside the hallway to your immediate right (to the front of the home) the first bedroom has a white wrought iron queen size bed, room darkening curtains, ample closet space, and a ceiling fan and TV.

To your left is the second bedroom with 2 queen size beds, ample closet space, dual ceiling fans (individually controlled), a dresser, room darkening curtains, and an in-suite bathroom with a single vanity, shower, and toilet.

Walking down the hallway you'll find the linen closet on your right with a selection of towels (everyone can have their own color so they don't get mixed up!). There is also a selection of board and card games within the closet for entertainment as well (kindly put them away if used). There is also a complimentary portable pack & play for use kept here (please put away after use).

Toward the end of the hallway you'll find the washer/dryer stackable unit to your left and on your right is the second bathroom which has a vanity, bathtub, and toilet.

The last door of the hallway is the largest bedroom which features a king size bed, TV, dresser, ceiling fan, room darkening curtains, and ample closet space.

To maintain respect for our neighbors and the narrow street we are on, we ask for no parking on the street (please use the driveway). If you have an oversize vehicle or need more parking, we can give directions to park in the rear of the home and use the side stairs to get to the top level of the home (please ask).

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with other well maintained homes.
