Shared Pool Apartment in Pula

Residence Baia delle Palme is situated in a large, palm-lined park, just 250 meters from the free beach of Cala Brianza. Foxi 'e Sali beach is only 800 meters away.

The residence enjoys a quiet and secluded location and features a saltwater swimming pool with a large sun terrace, a bar, and a spacious relaxation area.

The residence is 3 km from Pula and approximately 40 km from the port and airport of Cagliari. A golf course and riding stables are located nearby.

The apartments are arranged in a semicircle around the pool and are located on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with a balcony,

both furnished with a table and chairs. All apartments overlook the park.

Swimming pool with children's area is open from April 13th to October 25th, 2026, weather permitting.

The tourist tax is payable in cash on site.

Final cleaning (per apartment): Included. Kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the guest or can be arranged for an additional €50.00.

Wi-Fi is only available on the balcony or patio.
