Located just north of Old Town, the Hotel Zone has beautiful beaches and safe condominiums to enjoy, while also being close to the most trendy restaurants in Vallarta and centrally located between the Marina and Old Town. Grocery shopping and the trendy Isla shopping center is close by, in addition to being close to the departure of most tours in the Marina district.

Getting Around:
Just a 10-minute drive to the airport and a short walk to the beach, this area is the perfect choice; and for longer trips you can easily take a ride through Uber or other ride hailing apps.

Due to our central location, you may hear urban noises. We provide earplugs for your comfort and a better experience. Thank you for understanding.
The building is currently under construction, so noise may be present during the day. Please note that there is a $50 USD fee for the replacement of a lost access card.

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules.

2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

It was a nice enough unit. Clean and as advertised mostly. The walls are paper thin. You can hear all conversations from the unit next door. The rear wall is also paper thin and the roosters that live on the property (5 to 10) wake you up at 4:30 am every single day. The highlight of this building is a new rooftop pool and exercise area. But we were not allowed ip there because it requires a special card the management would not provide. The management company NAYA homes told us that the owner wasn’t paying the fees correctly so we were not given a card. (2 people from Naya told us this). Then the story changed. The listing says there is no access because of construction and that was a complete lie. There is also a lot of politics at the building between owners and the building developer. Lots of angry people. The area is a total disaster around the building. The creek next to the building spews dirty water that smells like faeces constantly. You cannot go in the ocean along the waterfront. Its gross. I would never stay in this unit again. We still have a lovely time in PV, but will search for better accommodation. It shouldn’t be hard to find.
