Located just minutes from the vibrant center of the Romantic Zone, this brand-new penthouse in the Serenity Building offers a private retreat with sweeping Amapas mountain views. Designed for comfort and convenience, the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence features a fully equipped kitchen, modern finishes, and abundant natural light throughout. Restaurants, cafés, galleries, and Los Muertos Beach are all within easy walking distance.

Penthouse 6B is situated on the south side of the building, providing peaceful mountain scenery and a quiet ambiance. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds, which can easily be joined together to create a comfortable king configuration.

Guests enjoy full private access to Penthouse 6B and its amenities, along with shared access to the rooftop’s infinity pool, lounge areas, and open-air relaxation spaces.

Important Information:

Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 30 kW. Any additional consumption may incur a charge at checkout. For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, please switch off the air conditioning whenever you leave the unit.

If you would like extra housekeeping during your stay, an additional cleaning service is available for $50 USD or 1,000 MXN. Contact the host in advance, and we will gladly arrange it for you.

Please note that Puerto Vallarta’s summer season (July–September) typically brings heavier rainfall and increased insect activity. This is a normal part of the tropical climate and something to consider when planning your stay.
