"Villa was well presented and very spacious. We spent a considerable part of the holiday in the villa so used most facilities and whilst been comfortable and enjoyable, when it came to cooking, things became more difficult . The oven is poor and a little unsafe. Once up to temperature, the top part of door opens slightly and makes the controls hot enough to burn.The kitchen is also very tired and needs renovating, especially the work tops.As we were a captive audience for most of the stay, we...

"The location of the villa is great, just on the outskirts of Puerto Del Carmen but within easy walking distance of the old town (about 10 - 15 minutes). There were a couple restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. There is loads of street parking right outside and the view up the road is idyllic! "We have stayed in these villas over a number of years. I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the pool areas. Get the impression the service team care very much about their customers. Location is superb and plenty of space for family and friends. A shout out for provision of toilet paper. In over 20 years of staying in various villa accommodation throughout Europe, Ocean Club is the only provider to make sure of plentiful supply. It's Some furniture is a bit tired but...

"Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein paar kleinigkeiten findet man ja immer, aber es war nichts wildes dabei. Insbesonders der Pool und das drumherum hat uns gut gefallen und wurde auch ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunikation per Whatsapp war auch prima. Unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang war man auch schon an der Strandpromenade. Insgesammt alles prima und nur zu empfehlen. "
