"Die Villa hatte einige Mängel, die allerdings auf Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben worden sind. Insgesamt ist es halt kein Neubau. Doch das Team ist mehr als perfekt! Alle extrem nett, helfen sofort, kümmern sich, egal worum es geht. Auch wenn man nach Restaurant Tipps bei Ausflügen gefragt hat oder einfach nur etwas über die Insel erfahren wollte. Das gesamte Team ist einfach nur top!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. "

"Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!"

"Staff nice and friendly, room was a good size and a lovely clean pool area. A bit worn some of furniture and limited kitchen equipment but we were only there 2 nights, so only used glasses and cups. Great location. We did email for extra pillows in our room and they replied to say they would do this but it didn’t happen. Safe a good price €2 euros a day with a refundable €5 deposit. Hair dryer in bathroom. We would go back again."

"Boa localização, próximo da praia, restauração e supermercados para compras. Pessoal bastante prestável e simpático. Apartamento com boas condições. Apenas algumas falhas em termos de utensílios de cozinha e a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar. De qualquer forma recomendo para umas boas férias."

"Great location, great offer and all inclusive was not many options although was lovely food so I never could not find something to eat, was catered for English so was great for adults and picky eaters like me. Room was big and clean and quiet at night, close to everything in walking distance and supermarket next door. Pool was lovely with some activities in a day, was cold but it was hot so was refreshing when you got in. Spotless pool, would stay again. Didn’t have to fight for a sunbed, nobody...

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"Lovely apartment, had everything we needed for our stay. All staff were really friendly. Food was lovely in the on site restaurant and staff were very friendly. Great location for the beach, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning next year! "
