"The villa was spotlessly clean and well presented. It was ideal for the wife and I and this is our second visit. The pool is well heated and a pleasure to get into. Used it everyday. One small fault, the curtain in the main bedroom by the pool is too thin. A thicker curtain would be excellent. Other than that I recommend this villa. "

"Utopia is excellent, it's clean easy to find, easy check in and near all the Playa Flamingo facilities. The pool is perfect for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for a family of 6 or more. If you rent a car then you can get to the beaches of Papagayo and all the other attractions Lanzarote has to offer but if you prefer to walk then Playa Flamingo is an easy walk away as are 2 of the water parks. We travel with our autistic son and this villa was perfect with surrounding walls...

"Excellent property. Really spacious inside for all rooms. Outside lovely covered area with table and seating when sun is too much. Great pool (c30ft x 10ft) with plenty of space to sun bath.Great location, quiet and private yet still only 10-12 minute walk to beach with bars and restaurants. "Wir waren vom 19.07 bis 09.08.25 in der schönen Finca in der noch ursprünglichen Gemeinde Tinajo im mittleren Westen der Insel. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Zum Einkaufen, für die Fahrten an die Strände und auch um die Insel erkunden zu können. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen kleinen aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, der hat aber am Sonntag geschlossen. Die Finca liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. It really is very well equipped, good tv with UK / Irish channels, Bluetooth stereo, loads of kitchen utensils and glasses, dishwasher, bedding, towels, sunbeds.
