When you need a break from the sun, the pleasant interior of the condo offers all of the comforts of a home. The open-concept living area features plush sleeping arrangements, a cozy dining space, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The sizable bathroom ensures that your daily routines will be completed with ease, and when your clothes need to be refreshed, access to a washer/dryer is available in the building's basement. Partial air-conditioning and cable TV round out the stellar interior perks.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM and is strictly enforced by the HOA Association
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach chairs and extra storage are available in the basement under the unit five sign.
A seven-night minimum stay is required by the building association. The maximum stay desired by the homeowner is three weeks. Saturday to Saturday, Saturday being the turnover day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
