Beautiful Free-Standing Cottage, In The Heart of Provincetown.

Beautiful freestanding cottage, which allows for ā€œSocial Distancingā€, in the heart of Provincetown; a quick .5 mile to town center (Commercial St.)

This cottage was completely renovated in 2019 with the utmost care and craftsmanship. In 2019, living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, housing and fencing were newly painted.

Inside, you will find a meticulously maintained 400 sq ft home. The half cathedral ceiling with two skylights floods the interior with natural light. The kitchen has brand new 2019 stainless steel appliances, refrigerator and dishwasher. The 5-burner gas stove is from 2005 and brand new (2018) washer/dryer.

Two sets of beautiful french doors and many windows allow for circulation of fresh ocean air and an open air feel during those inspiring Ptown evenings (or privacy when itā€™s time to settle in). One set of french doors lead out to a 400 sq ft deck that acts as an additional living room, complete with new patio furniture, grilling station and an outdoor shower(2019). All of which is surrounded by a private fenced-in yard.

Three days and three dogs

We had a great, relaxing visit at Keithā€™s cottage. Everything was clean, cozy and the location is close to everything. We walked everywhere and we were so grateful to have a place to be with our doggies. We brought our friend (we are a couple) who is visiting from Germany and he slept on the couch bed. It was very comfortable for him. Would come back for sure.

Perfect cottage for a long weekend in PTown, with a great outdoor area to enjoy with our pups. Commercial Street is a quick 5 minute walk down the street, just a heads up that it's easy to keep exploring and have a 20 minute walk home.

Cute cottage with great backyard

This was a great place and the owner was very responsive. This cottage was perfectly efficient and charming, with parking conveniently located right off the street and a fully gated, pet-friendly fenced area. While there was ample outdoor seating, we weren't able to enjoy it due to inclement weather during our stay. However, our dogs loved the freedom of roaming off-leash. The sleeping quarters were a bit tight but still efficient, and while the bathroom was small, it was adequate, including a compact shower. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware, which was a great plus. Thereā€™s also a gas fireplace, though we didnā€™t use it as we werenā€™t sure how to operate it. The cottage is about a 15-minute walk to Commercial Street, though extreme caution is needed due to limited sidewalks and close proximity to oncoming vehicles. Overall, this place met all of our needs, and our pups loved it. We would definitely book again!

Itā€™s always great staying at this cottage and the host is extremely communicative and responsive to any requests or needs. Having the yard and the deck is an additional bonus that is rare in Provincetown. And the location is great.

The property was conveniently located. A great private backyard with an outdoor shower. A/C that worked great especially with the heat and humidity was a blessing. The only thing that would have been nice was a larger bed . Otherwise , we will come back again!

Great spot! Highly recommend!

The cottage was amazing! It was close to the center of town, near the grocery store, had designated parking spot, and the yard was great! We had morning coffee on the deck daily and our dog loved the fenced in yard. Easy access to beaches and not far from rail trail ( they had a good bike rack available to secure your bike). We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem in the Historic District!

We had such a fun week at this hidden cottage! It's pretty much the size of a two-car garage, but every inch of the design maximizes the space. Fantastic! It was very clean and well-appointed. Airy and bright. Private and quiet, even though the cottage is near Rte.6, it didnā€™t feel like a busy area at all. Central air! We didn't need anything! An added treat was the outdoor space. We loved it! The deck was an additional 400 sq. ft., and the entire yard was fenced in. The outdoor furniture was plentiful and in excellent condition. We brought our pup; not having to leash him and allowing him to explore was a gift. Keith was very responsive during the booking process. We didnā€™t need to reach him at all during our stay. Weā€™d rent again in a minute! It's the perfect cottage for two to get away from it all.

House is dog friendly and I usually stay in dog friendly vrbo. However, When I walked in the couch was torn, the screen was torn, paw prints all over the doors, floor looked like it was not thoroughly clean. Cabinets needed a good wipe down. Cobwebs everywhere above and 2 shades were broken. I ended up cleaning before I settled in. For the amount of money I pay I expect better conditions. the owner was extremely responsive regarding another matter and the location is ideal along with the outdoor lounge area. Just need to be cognizant of the living space. Better cleaners.

Cottage With Private Yarrd

Very cute cottage, well designed to be comfortable for 2.. The private yard is gorgeous., we regretted that it was too cold to spemd time in. The only difficulty was the parking area. We found it a challenge to turn around and leave when we went out. There is a drop-off of a foot ifvyou back out in rhe wrong spot. Wwe cant imagine how we'd navigate it if we weren't the only car there. But this is a minor issue. The rental icottage s incredibly nice. We'd go back any time.

Clean, cozy cottage in a great location, so close to everything! Cottage had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Great little cottage just a perfect distance from busy Commercial Street. Beautiful fenced yard was really a plus for our pup, and the extra outdoor living space is excellent. Nicely updated kitchen had everything we needed for our five day stay. Would highly recommend for a couple or single, and finding a pet friendly location like this was a win.

The yard is perfect for traveling with pets!

We stayed here in December, so didnā€™t get to use the yard much, but it was perfect for traveling with our two Pomeranians. Having a full, well stocked kitchen was also nice since we were staying in the off/shoulder season. Host is very personable and helpful

Truly Pet Friendly Adorable Accommodation

We searched a lot to find a property that didn't put a weight restriction on our dog. We have a 70 pound lab/shepherd mix that is family and we needed a place that could accommodate him and his little sister. We found such a place here. A nice fenced in yard, great walking paths nearby, and a beach cottage that has everything you would need. The host is super fast and responsive. We already have our next stay booked, we look forward to it!
