The people who own this property have put a lot of care into it. It is definitely clean, the bed is comfortable. There’s some ceiling situations and you’re warm with just the use of space heaters. Again, they are clean. The futon is terrible, easy replacement or bring an air bed. The people who live upstairs, had a scary argument that lasted over an hour and it was super late, after midnight – – I was there with my 10-year-old and my five month old. My 10–year-old was sobbing in fear as she heard many foul words. I tried to reach out to the owner as I didn’t know if it was him and his significant other. I didn’t know what to do. He never responded to me. It was the next night that a neighbor clarified it’s someone that rents from him-possibly a relative. I feel bad because the argument was definitely one of financial stress so this isn’t an Awful review. It was just hard to navigate and explain to my child and not knowing the area or people-it had me on edge a bit. Didn’t know if the police should be called, didn’t know if we were safe, etc. Your parking area is in front of a dumpster where there’s obviously rodents scampering so I was nervous with my car as they like to climb into warm spots as the weather turns. The neighbors are all kind. I met the man who rents the garage which is part of the property. Hard working, good people. You’re safe and clean here-just a little bit of a coin toss with sleep with the upstairs people and comfort if you’re using the futon.
