"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "The property had no elevator our room was on the 4th floor. After 25 minutes we finally got a rep on the phone. He offered a room on the 2nd floor saying we could store our luggage in their secure storage lockers. Our luggage didn't fit into their locker. I'm 79 my wife is 67 there's no was either or both of us could get a 50 lb suitcase up a 35 foot curved staircase. We told the rep this and left going to another hotel.
