Bad experience! The hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. It's simple and comfortable, but definitely not 5-star.
Terrible room service just after midnight. Staff suggested I order fast food delivery (in a hotel that claims to be 5-star). At lunch, the staff suggested we eat outside the restaurant because it would take a while! Unbelievable! Don't stay here! I don't recommend it and I will never return. The building is beautiful on the outside, but that's about it. Inside, it's been renovated with poor decor!
Experiência ruim! Hotel definitivamente não é 5 estrelas. É simples, confortável, mas não tem padrão 5 estrelas definitivamente.
Serviço de quarto terrível logo após a meia noite. Funcionários sugeriram que eu pedisse fast food para entrega (em um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas). No almoço funcionária simigeriu que comecemos um lanche fora do restaurante, pois o restaurante iria demorar! Inacreditável! Não fiquem! Não recomendo e nunca voltarei. O prédio é bonito por fora e apenas isto. Por dentro foi renovado com uma decoração pobre!
