For those who want to escape and relax in one of the most luxurious, truly upscale accommodations on Kauai's incredibly beautiful north shore, Plantations at Princeville is the place.

Everything in the professionally designed interior is upgraded - and absolutely beautiful. The classic tropical ambiance is reminiscent of the gracious plantation lifestyle of old Hawaii - but with all the modern conveniences.

This fantastic home has full views across the golf course and lakes, to the deep green mountains and waterfalls beyond. There is a large lanai, as well as ceiling fans in every room. It is a place you will want to return to again and again.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 6 guests. The bedrooms feature 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds.

Air conditioning units are in the primary bedroom and living room only.

For golf enthusiasts, Princevilleā€™s top-ranked Makai course is nearby and draws fantastic reviews. Just a short drive takes you to Hanalei Town and outstanding 1 Hanalei Bay Hotel with its restaurants, shopping, and spa services. Princeville Center and Airport are also nearby where you can partake in a luau, local dining and Hawaiian entertainment, boat excursions, helicopter tours, and a myriad of other activities. However, sometimes the best things in life really are free and include a hike on the Na Pali Coast trail, a visit, and snorkel at reef-lined Ke'e Beach, or visiting any number of completely unique beaches within a short drive on the magnificent and lush north shore. Lovely and beautiful

This is a beautiful and spacious condo. Great views from balcony overlooking the golf course and mountains. We would love stay here again in future. There is even a garage to park your car. Well maintained and very clean place. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Condo is located in a beautiful neighborhood and we were able to take daily walks. Most of the north shore beaches are easy to drive to. Very thoughtfully and beautifully furnished with essentials Katy & Prakash

The condo is exactly as it states. It was very comfortable for the four of us. It was a great location and very easy to check in and check out. Air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, all amenities!

Clean, well appointed condo in great location had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Kitchen, bathrooms, pantry, and garage were all well stocked with thoughtful high quality essentials and everything was clean and fresh. Great location with easy access to dining, shopping, hiking and multiple beaches. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfection!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. We appreciate all the amenities for beach days including chairs umbrellas and beach towels. The kitchen and bathrooms were abundantly equipped with all needed items. The view from the couch was something out of a postcard and will never be forgotten. The pool was great for a nice dip and a cool off after a day at the beach, and the weight room had everything desired for a quick workout. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Best property we have ever booked!

After a very long day of travel with our 3 kids, i cannot even begin to say what an absolute blessing it was to check in to this unit and find it to be so amazing. It was clean, well furnished, and a great location. It is so rare to find a property with nice clean linens and good quality beds and pillows There always seema to be a pillow shortage at rentals but not here. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you amd we will be back.

Beautiful Condo!

Our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teens) had a great time! The view off the lanai was beautiful and we enjoyed coffee and cocktails outside daily. Condo was very clean and fairly well appointed. Cooler and beach towels & chairs were a nice addition. It was also nice that everyone had their own bathroom and space to relax. A couple of things to point out: Need to add a cutting board and a new coffee maker, as the carafe had to be jimmy rigged to brew correctly but not a huge deal. The bedroom with the single bed is next to a busy road and gets pretty warm. All in all, we enjoyed our time here and would consider staying here again if in Princeville with the family!

Nice place. Outlets on lanai didnā€™t work so that made using the electric grill a bit challenging, and dishwasher didnā€™t clean the dishes, but other than those minor things, place was really nice.

Comfortable home

We travelled to Princeville in April 2023 with our family of 5. The home was very comfortable. It offered everything we needed. The location was great. The views of the golf course were beautiful. I would highly recommend this home for a relaxing stay in Princeville.

Greatly enjoyed our stay!

Since VRBO limits the length of reviews, I've sent our list of suggested improvements directly to the owners/mgrs, hopefully some will be implemented...but none of them is crucial, you'll have a great stay! We'll also try posting the full review elsewhere. Very nice condo, weā€™re pleased we booked it. Roomy & comfortable. Our 5th Kauai vacation, we had visited but never stayed on the north shore. It does rain/get overcast more up here, though. And though there is a rather long list of suggested improvements, please know we were very pleased with this condo and loved our stay! Note: as this condo was not available for our entire stay, for our last 4 nights we moved to a 1BR condo in Kapaa. The Good/Compliments: - Presents as shown in the photos, plenty roomy for 6 (we only had 2), nicely laid out. Nice & clean when we arrived. - A/C worked great (lots of humid days during our stay). - Extremely pleased with how well-stocked it was for almost all paper/soap goodsā€¦for our 11-day stay, more than enough toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, even coffee filters ā€“ well done! - Also, 5 nice big beach towels (in kitchen closet), 4 or 5 beach chairs (garage), 2 or 3 beach umbrellas (garage), nice-sized rigid-sided cooler (garage ā€“ but see below). - Plenty of towels in all bathrooms & kitchen, plus extras in a linen closet in one of the bathrooms - Cyrila & Angela were very responsive when our few questions/issues arose. - The master king and 2nd BR queen mattresses are very comfortable indeed. But see sheets below. - Three ice blocks for cooler in freezer ā€“ nice! - Nice full-size washer & dryer, worked great. Dishwasher, fridge, stove, micro all great as well. - The wooden bowl near the door is a great thing for keeping all the essentials in one place (keys, watch, wallet, etc)ā€¦many places do this, but they all should! - Master bath is beautiful (the 2 others are just fine as well), soaking tub & shower. Shower head has pretty decent pressure, works just fine. As do the shower heads in the 2 other baths. - The heavy light-blocking shades on all windows & sliding doors are a real plus. - The condo has long roof overhangs which prevent rain from coming in open windows during the night (unless the wind is really whipping). - Kitchen well-stocked with all the essentials - Lots of hangers in the closets ā€“ nice!

Fabulous stay for a family

We loved this apartment - it was perfect for our short but sweet stay in that part of princeville. The kids used the pool a lot and we used our bbq on the lanai. I lounged in the hot tub. The sunrise deck is amazing ā™„ļø family friendly for sure!

Well Deserved Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay in Princeville very quiet and easy access to local grocery store. We had a couple great dinners at B that opened up at around 5-5:30. a short drive and we were in Hanalei and a great beach but get there early parking can be tight. A little longer drive and there was a great local beach just North of Kapaa where we could ,swim , boogie board and occasional see whales off shore, The condo gave our family enough room and 2 of the rooms did get a bit warm, but the ceiling fans helped, the 2 rooms did not have air conditioning but the master bedroom and main living room did but was still comfortable

Condo size was good for the 6 of us though be aware the 2 single beds are short length. Master suite is awesome, other bedrooms not air-conditioned so warm even with provided fans. Bonus to have a garage!

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing

Booking this condo was very easy and the communications leading up to our stay were great! When we werenā€™t out doing activities around the island, I found myself sitting out in the lanai. Had a nice view of a waterfall and also saw a few rainbows. šŸ™‚
