Beautiful Mountain Views! Perfect Vacation Home for Families and Golfers

This home is great for families or for a couple on a romantic get away, it is located on the golf course in the beautiful Princeville Sunset Drive Community, open space with gorgeous mountain views. There is a community gated pool and a tennis / pickleball court for the Sunset Community residents and guests. The home is a 5 minute walk to the 1 Hotel Hanalei in Princeville with beach access or you can drive to beautiful Hanalei Bay. The Sunset home is accommodating for families and large groups.
There is a large back yard and a BBQ Grill for family fun. The living room features a 55ā€ smart high TV, also high speed internet. The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV and a remodeled bathroom consisting of an over sized tub and walk in shower, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queens beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a jog walk path along the golf course of Ka Haku Road leading to shops, restaurants, the community park, and to the 1 Hotel Hanalei.

The home is walking distance to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, shopā€™s, restaurants, and beach access.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, blender, 12 cup coffee maker, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella, .a great place to stay!

Great Place

Princeville was the perfect location for our family gathering! The house had everything we needed for cooking meals and going to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the lania!! If your going to Kauai this is the rental you want !!

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our two week stay at this location. Lori, the property manager, was wonderful from start to finish, with excellent communication and friendliness. The space was large enough for our group to enjoy, was well equipped with anything you would need to cook and play, including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and toys (though you may want to rent snorkeling gear- we brought our own so didnā€™t dig through to see if the house provided any). Great location close to Foodland, Nourish Hanalei, Hideaways and Sea Lodge Beach, and a short drive to Anini, Kiluea, and Hanalei . Beautiful views through every window. We were there in June and the open windows brought in cooling cross winds so we were all very comfortable. All in all a great time and we would definitely come again!

Perfect for Families

This property is perfect for families! The layout of the home and location made it a dream for our family to explore the island and all sleep well! The large kitchen had proper cookware and utensils for cooking. The wrap around covered deck had great views during the rains. The home was very clean and safe. Our kids had fun in the warm community pool on our low key rest day. All around, we had a great stay in this home and are sad to leave.

Amazing view

Great house for a group. Truly beautiful view from the upstairs area. House was very functional and enough bathrooms for a group of eight that we never a problem. Great lanai for hanging outdoors where cute birds would come visit us everyday.

comfortable, family-friendly home and neighborhood

This was a great vacation home for our family. The community pool and tennis courts are basically across the street. There are some sand toys, boogie boards, and tennis racquets currently on the property for use. Communication with the property manager Lori was amazing. She was attentive and able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Including questions about wifi speed.

Great North Shore Retreat

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. From this home base we were able to hit up everything the island had to offer. Being close to Hanalei and Haena State park was perfect, and we loved the proximity to Kilauea. The pictures do not do this house justiceā€”it is big, well appointed, and has ample seating both indoor and outdoor for the group. We enjoyed using the kitchen for meals and eating on the lanai looking at the mountains. A phenomenal experience!

Comfortable, clean, spacious home

Our multi-generational family really enjoyed our week in this home. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is within walking distance of Hideaway Beach and Queen's Bath, though a few in our group were not up for the steep climb to the beach involved. Also in good location for us to access other North Coast sites (Napali Coast, Tunnels Beach, Anini Beach, Hanalei). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishware and cookware, but plan to buy ALL of your own cooking supplies, as there was not even salt/pepper to be found.

Fantastic experience in a beautiful home

Great family reunion for members from New Zealand, North Carolina and New Mexico. The home is lovely with amazing views (made kitchen cleanup a joy). We went to many amazing beaches, shopping, and water adventures. The grounds are beautiful. The whole process was stress free. Recommend highly!

We enjoyed the size and location of this property. Great home in a nice neighborhood. As other reviews noted, some things were dated but it was still a nice stay nonetheless. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy home with great views

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay here. Everyone had a great time playing games out on the 2 lanais. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each otherā€™s company here. The home is a bit dated, but only the appliances were a small issue. The markings were rubbed off the stove burner knobs so we kept turning them the wrong way, which isnā€™t a huge problem. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

Stunning views from beautiful home

This home is beautiful with large windows that look out to the mountains and golf course. My family and I (5 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful time here. They provided us with beach chairs, some beach towels, and sand toys. The kids loved using the boogie boards in the water. The home is very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for helping us to have such a great trip here in Princeville.

Great stay on beautiful golf course

My family had a great stay here in Princeville. Neighborhood pool across street was convenient, and a short distance away from fun activities in Hanalei Bay. Owners provided some beach toys like a boogie board which were a hit for my kids.

Comfort and Amenities in Princeville

The home is located in a great neighborhood with a golf course in the backyard. Plenty of comfort and loaded with amenities. We were in Kauai only a few days and there is much to explore, not enough time to really enjoy the property.

What a great home. We had a wonderful time . The place was clean and ready for us to enjoy we had everything we would need. The house book was a wealth of information that added to our amazing experience. The neighborhood was lovely I could not have asked for more.
