This top floor all one level premier 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom unit with AC features a master suite with a king sized bed, spacious bathroom with double sinks and counters, a large soaking tub and shower, and walk in closet. All the luxuries of a hotel with the amenities of a home.

Comfortable living room with large screen TV.
You will find air conditioning in the living, dining, kitchen area as well as the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout. Peaceful and quiet. This is a top floor condo with no common walls, just plenty of windows to catch the tropical trade wind breezes.

Three spacious bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) provide comfort for every guest! All of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and ample natural light.

Steps to the World famous "Makai" Golf course and very close to all of the beautiful beaches (Anini, Hideaways, Hanalei Bay, Lumahai, Tunnels, and Ke'e) on Kauai's north shore. On site fitness center!

Great location with reliable parking and secure environment.

The house was a great layout for our group with the central kitchen and den and dining area. My only complaint would be that the furniture needed updating, including the resting dining chairs on the patio. The cabinetry in the kitchen wasnā€™t exactly clean. Either was the molding around the bathroom tiling for the tubs or the light fixtures and windowsills that were horribly dusty.

The location was perfect for our family. We appreciated the 3 bathrooms and bedrooms and nice balcony. Kitchen had what we needed. Beach towels and chairs were great!

Great Stay!

We had a lovely time at this place! The host was so accommodating. The first night they forgot the pack n play which they were super quick to respond and was able to get it to us the next day ( we were okay without the first night). We also had a delayed flight and we asked if we could have a later check out and they responded quickly and was very willing to allow us a later check out. The place was very clean and exceeded our expectation! It was very nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. And to be very close to both Princeville and Hanalei made for a great location. They had lots of beach stuff we could use such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, a pool noodle, snorkel gear and beach towels. Seriously that was soo helpful and useful. We had the best stay and we definitely highly recommend this place and will keep this place in mind when traveling to Kauai again!

Significant concerns about cleanliness!

THE GOOD: Location was lovely, appreciated access to the pool, nice to have the availability of things like beach chairs & other equipment, loved spending mornings on the lanai watching the birds, & enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom. THE NOT SO GOOD: Overall this property was a big disappointment when it came to the cleanliness & 2 interactions with the host. We experienced 2 large (4 inches long) cockroaches in the house during our 3 day stay and a gecko in the bedroom. The drapes were stained/dirty, the curtain rods were not adequately attached to the walls & came apart, the fan/light fixtures were extremely dirty with bugs in them, surfaces like light switches & door handle areas were dirty, the carpets were quite dirty/stained, there were stains on the bed sheets, & the cushions on the outdoor chairs were quite filthy and stained. In addition, there was no BBQ as was in the picture and I would consider the A/C as only partial given that there were no vents in 2 bedrooms & the vent that there was in the living area was dripping water from the ceiling onto a placemat on the dining room table. We also found a partial fake eyelash attached to the kitchen scissors. As for communication with the host , there was no apology at all for the condition of the place. She simply referred to the contract & said we should have said something while were there & nothing could be done such as a refund of the large cleaning fee. Disappointing stay to say the least.

The apartment is very comfortable, in a nice quiet area. Liz was super easy to deal with. Loved that the apartment had a generous ā€˜starter kitā€™ with cleaning products, soaps, toilet paper etc. We LOVED access to the beach gear (umbrellas, beach chairs and snorkel).

October Visit

This is a very comfortable, well equipped second-floor unit in an excellent location. With more than 30 visits to Kauai, we have stayed in numerous North Shore vacation rentals -- and this was our first with air conditioning (partial). The TV in the master bedroom may need replacement as the volume varies between very low and blaring (without operation of the volume control), However, the living room TV works great!

Lost food

First it wasn't clean and we had to buy cleaning supplies. Second the frig wasn't keeping things cold and the freezer didn't work so we lost the food we bought. We were told to use the frig in the garage but it didn't work. I have been coming to Kauai every year for 20 years and this is the first time I have ever had to deal with anything like this . Very disapointed .

Overall a good experience

Overall it was a very nice stay. Cons: We had difficulty finding the condo. 1. Google maps shows a different unit. 2. The lockbox was NOT located near the second floor door so it did not appear to be a rental. The lockbox location was on the side of the stairway on the ground level. This would have been simple if this information was included in the check in instructions. As it was it cost us valuable time trying to figure it out. Once we got ahold of the management agent it was quickly resolved. The inside was mostly clean except for the master sinks and tub. The TV was left on and the windows and sliders were open with A/C running. Very odd considering the high cost of power in Kauai. The master tub/shower was difficult to get in and out of as it is very deep. and there was mold growing around the tub window. The cooking utensils and pots and pans were minimal, older, and well worn but worked okay. Pros: The location was great and close to shops, food, beach and Hanalei. Overall the condo was a bit older but cute and cozy. The master bed was comfortable and the furniture was nice. The patio was wonderful and the area was quiet and beautiful. I noticed far less rooster crowing than in Poipu. The beach chairs, etc. weā€™re a nice bonus. Parking, garbage and pool were close by.

Beautiful area!

What a treat to stay in Princeville right off the golf course and within a short walk to the beautiful cliff ocean overlook. The condo was spacious and comfy. The lanai was a lovely place to relax and the pool and hot tub was an added bonus. We definitely will be back here the next time weā€™re in Kauai!

Great location and great unit. AC unit is only in master and main room, but if you left all the doors open it was bearable. Tons of beach towels and regular towels. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent Accommodations on the North Shore of Kauai

The condo was perfect. We loved the large outdoor porch and REALLY appreciated the beach stuff available for guest use. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutting boards and pots and pans. The washer and dryer were in the unit, which was great and they had detergent available (which is always VERY helpful when traveling).
