Whether you are visiting Prescott for an event or for its nature, this spacious and cozy 2 bed 2 bath is in the perfect location for any guest. It is exactly 1.5 miles from downtown Prescott, a 2 minute drive to the nearest hiking and biking trails, and a block away from a Safeway and restaurants. It also has a fenced yard where you can lock your mountain bikes along with a BBQ, cornhole, and a fire pit, so don’t forget the s’mores!

Recently updated home, new appliances and remodeled bathrooms. Open kitchen concept into living room with washer and dryer access and full bathroom off living room. Down the hallway you will access the two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, walk in closet, makeup station with full bathroom and walk in shower. 2nd bedroom features queen bed with reading chair and double door closet.

The backyard features a BBQ, Fire pit, Lounge chairs + table and seating for meals. The yard is fully fenced and very pet friendly.

You will have access to the entire home and complete privacy. You will receive a check-in code on the day of your arrival when the home is clean and ready :)

We live locally and you will be given our contact information once you arrive to the house.

This house is 1.5 miles from downtown and 1 mile from the beginning of many hiking and biking trails (including Frog Falls!). It has a fenced driveway, a large fenced backyard, is pet friendly, and is located in a quiet neighborhood with a creek across the street.

This house is one block away from a main road, making traveling very easy.

Clean and quiet

The house was as pictured. It was very clean and the owner does not give you a long list of things to do before you check out, with very simple requests. Easy check in and out. The primary bed was comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard and driveway. Quiet neighborhood with nice, relatively private, outdoor seating to take in the breeze. We would stay again.

MY birthday present to myself

Prescott was wonderful and had an almost trouble freeexperience. It was perfect to find a dog friendly home with a modicum of rules. My only negative was the backyard was filled with Foxtaill plants and one dog had them stuck all over him and my dog ate some and vomited repeatedly along with hacking a lot. I had to rid the yard of them so my sister and I weeded and removed all the Foxtails. Otherwise I would return to this location without a doubt.

Peaceful getaway

We spent two nights here with a few family members and our Shepard mix pup. The house is beautiful, clean and cozy with a wonderful fenced yard. Very dog friendly property and hosts. The hosts communicated very well and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Shopping and Restaurants

This single story house suited our family of 2 adults, 1 teenager and a dog. It is nicely decorated and appointed with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The fenced property has a shady backyard where we enjoyed the cool mornings reading and watching the wild turkeys strutting about the neighborhood. Beds were great--firm and had lovely bedding. The living room sectional was not comfortable to us senior citizens--too low to the floor. Our teenage grandchild liked stretching out on it. We appreciated the landlord delivering extra paper supplies as we stayed a month. There were enough plates, pots, pans, but not enough drinking glasses and spoons. The landlord came by every week to take the trash bins out to the curb--very nice! This house is off a main street so we had easy access to a grocery store and the many restaurants in downtown Prescott. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend it to families and pets.

Perfect Long Weekend

We (3 Adults and 1 dog) had a great time. House is updated, clean and functional. We loved the outdoor space and my dog really enjoyed the fenced in area. Would book again!

Great location

The house was really nicely renovated and clean. It had everything you need for a couple of people. I liked that it allows dogs, there was a fenced in yard and dog bowls made available. Those small touches were great. The neighborhood was quiet.

Holiday spirit

Darling place! We stayed for the courthouse lighting and celebration. The cottage was so cozy and decorated for the holiday. Very easy walking distance to town. Bed was very comfortable and cottage was well appointed. Can’t wait to return Thank you!

Birthday Stay

We have 2 couples one of each celebrating birthdays. The house was great, the location was the bomb. Yard was great for our dog, he loved having the run of the yard to watch all the people out walking. Will be back!

Great Location

This property is located near lots of the outdoor activities that Prescott has to offer. Allowing family pets was a welcoming bonus and all of the amenities that this property provides such as fenced yard, dog toy's, sanitary bags and dog dishes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our visit to Prescott!

Thank you for allowing us to check out at 1p instead of 10a on 7/01/22! Happy to wash the linens for you in lieu of late check out, per your request; fair trade. We sold our 2000 sq foot home in Phx, and are awaiting completion of a new build. I’ve been in ‘clean house mode’ over the past month, having to clean the home we sold. Helping you with washing linens is right up my alley. We’re probably not your typical guests, as we’re not here for fun in the sun. We got much rest which we needed badly. Wanted to provide feedback regarding your cute rental home. Showers: love the rain forest shower heads! And the water gets hot in seconds!! Couch: we placed sheets over the couch to be cooler. Sooo comfy!! My hubby slept on the couch 2 nights! Beds: we only slept on the one farthest from the front room. So comfortable! Slept great! Blinds: not all blinds were able to be open/closed properly. As you said “their cheap blinds from wal mart.” Outside Surroundings: 20 minutes after we arrived saw 2 deer within 30 feet of us!! That was magical! Saw a few other times. So peaceful and quiet. Neighbors waving hello. We felt safe. Location is amazing! Ate downtown numerous times! Fav breakfast place is BellCafe! Coffee Table: We thought the coffee table is not practical for the place. The table top is marble, pointy and bulky. A fur baby could hit their head and get injured. I hit my knee twice. Lol…something round and not as heavy maybe. Or even oval with no edging. Could free up a little more room for human and fur legs if was table downsized a bit. : ) Front Door Key Pad: Struggled with the key pad numerous times and the handles not firmly connected to the door. Very loose. Suggest replacing with a new key pad that is guest friendly and is securely fastened to the door. No Patio Covering: The rain is so lovely but you can’t sit outside under cover and enjoy it. No screen Doors either. Can’t open door to enjoy the rain. Adding a small awning even would be great. A/C: We used it a few times during the day. Works great!!! No Mat in Front of Either Door: Suggest placing a mat for guests to wipe feet. Otherwise debris from outside gets in. There’s no porch area for shoes so shoes need to be just inside the door and debris can get in. Creepy Crawlies: we killed a dozen spiders in 4 days. Ugh!!! Lol!!
