"I had to extend my trip for 1 night and decided to upgrade my room to a studio w a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The room was larger but the bathroom was much smaller. The telephone was non-functional, kitchenette needed repairs. The location of the room was suitable for me bc I’m a very light sleeper- on the 19th floor not facing the street."

"The room was nice and clean it was a nice room with a view, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is not too bad, and it’s good because it’s close to shops. Over all it was a good stay for us."

"Everything about our stay was excellent! The room is very clean and smelled fresh and clean, too. Sheets and towels were 5-star in quality. It's equipped with new bath robes and spa slippers. I would have given 5 stars but held one due to a water heater issue. Shower is inconsistent with water heating. It doesn't stay heated, hence changes to cold in the middle of showering. A few clothes hangers would be helpful in hanging our formal clothes. There aren't any."

"The room was very clean and the location is good."

"A perfect place for a group of 4. Nice and clean unit. All of us in our group like it so much that and will definitely book it on our next trip."

"Since it’s a newly opened facility, there are still some things that needed to be worked out. The super friendly staff is one of the hotel’s redeeming quality. Rooms are clean, staff is super attentive to my requests and inquiries. Would definitely recommend this place. Front desk staff"

"Overall the room is clean and staff friendly. Only thing - no pots in the kitchen though there is a hot plate and not sure if the plate/bowl are mircowave friendly."

"Good value for money but don't expect a hotel. It is more like an short term rental."

"Host was amazing, quick response and easy to communicate with"

"It was okey, it needs extra bed"

"The host was very responsive. The unit is properlly maintained."

"This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I cannot sleep in peace, and small cockroaches were crawling around. The bed sheet is so old and yellowish. The washing machine was not functioning, and the shower tap was not in the best state. I have taken a lot of pictures to support my facts and am happy to send to you. I like to ask for some monetary compensation where possible, as it has been the worst stay I ever encountered . The plugs were generally hard to use as I needed support to get my...

"This Cozi property was perfectly situated a couple minutes walk away from the Venice Mall. Not too far from the airport but far enough away to not be near a congested area. Beautifully situated with many shops and necessities nearby. The room was excellent for the value and the views from there were amazing!!!! I will definitely be returning and hope to get the same unit again! Thank you Cozi!!"

"The air conditioner is insufficient and very old and works loudly. The cleaning was not that good. There was women's hair on the floor. My allergies increased because there was no air conditioner filter."
