"We booked a room for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids with 13 and 15 years old. When we arrived at the room the sofa bad was so short that only a 5 year old child could fit in it. Our Kids were with most of their legs outside the sofa bed, although in the reservation it says it is a couple sofa bed. We tried to speak to the management who did not offer much solution, thw only one being put pillows at the end of the sofa bed so the legs would not hang loss. A terrible experience, and besides...

"Hotel bem ao lado do aeroporto, muito bem localizado, limpo, bem grande."

"Everything about our stay was excellent! The room is very clean and smelled fresh and clean, too. Sheets and towels were 5-star in quality. It's equipped with new bath robes and spa slippers. I would have given 5 stars but held one due to a water heater issue. Shower is inconsistent with water heating. It doesn't stay heated, hence changes to cold in the middle of showering. A few clothes hangers would be helpful in hanging our formal clothes. There aren't any."

"Clean, modern and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a beautiful space. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The gym has a good view of the pool."

"The room was very clean and the location is good."

"Love the place! Close to everything but still pretty quiet in the room."

"Host was amazing, quick response and easy to communicate with"

"More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!"

"Property is not clean especially the hallway. The smell is not good."

"Better towels and more communications when reserving online when I arrived even though said free parking when I arrived with a rental told me no spaces available and that they don't know what online offers so I had to pay $1000 pesos to park e en though they said no spaces available"

"It was okey, it needs extra bed"

"Excellent. Beachfront room as expected. 10 out of 10. Will come back "

"Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend."

"It was an amazing stay!! My family had a wonderful time!!"
