"Perfect for our stay in Manila. Located in BGC, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to wonderful shops, dining, museums and parks. The in room washer dryer was an excellent bonus, and the room was large and included a full kitchen, not that we used it. The staff was a pleasure and the breakfast was delicious! Definitely include it with your booking, it’s worth it! One recommendation is to skip the SEDA rooftop restaurant/bar and go to the one at Grand Hyatt."

"We stayed at this property on two separate occasions. During our first week, we stayed in room #1502, which had a very strong sewer odor, and the bathroom toilet was leaking. Instead of moving us to another room or properly addressing the issue, the hotel staff simply sprayed the room to temporarily mask the unpleasant smell. The leak was never repaired, and surprisingly, we were blamed for the water on the floor because we had hung up some wet clothes. We also discovered that the septic tank...

"Just decent size of a bedroom, however it’s clean and they fix the bed every day the at majestic your day even better. Though the only comments in the room was they missed to give us towel mat and after your shower it’s darn slippery. They missed us to give 2 hand towels. Stayed for 3 nights and sharing a hand towel. Staff is absolutely nice except for breakfast staff. It seemed either they ate rushing you to take your order or they are on a rush and it’s not even busy. Also, I ordered...

"Wonderfully quiet and access to the Venice grand mall was a bonus"

"The room was clean, the staff were outstanding, amenities were good. Everything was great, would've been perfect if the toilet had a toilet seat. I will stay again next year."

"Friendly staff and very accommodating"

"Things are generally clean except that I found a small dead cockroach under the percolator. Also, there’s a rather discomforting smell inside the room as soon as I got in. Same smell as in the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall, I think my stay is worth the value I paid for."

"Thank you for a great accomodation!"

"Great location and condition of the building. Will be back for sure."

"Since it’s a newly opened facility, there are still some things that needed to be worked out. The super friendly staff is one of the hotel’s redeeming quality. Rooms are clean, staff is super attentive to my requests and inquiries. Would definitely recommend this place. Front desk staff"

"The only thing I liked about it was that it was close to the St.Luke's Global City Hospital. Downside, the noise of the ongoing traffic. It's okay if you are looking for a budget hotel. Note: no fridge, no microwave, no safety box in room."
