Welcome to Zen Villa Garden, a peaceful oasis located in Posedarje, ideal for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. This spacious villa accommodates up to 12 guests, with the option to increase capacity to 14 guests upon request and for an additional fee.



The villa features five comfortable bedrooms, four of which are equipped with double beds, while one has two single beds, making it perfect for families with children or groups of friends. There are four modern bathrooms with shower cabins, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.



Surrounded by a large 1600 m² yard, the villa offers plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The private pool is complemented by 10 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air. For the youngest guests, there is a children's playground with a swing and a slide, while the fully enclosed yard provides safety and privacy. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €20 per day.



Guests also have the option to rent a boat for an additional charge, offering the perfect opportunity to explore the nearby coastline. The villa provides five parking spaces, making it convenient for larger groups. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a professional and relaxing massage, available upon arrangement with the owners. You are also offered a new GBL speaker to enjoy listening to music outdoors by the pool.



Beaches are located less than 1 km away, ensuring the sea is always within easy reach. Beyond enjoying the villa, guests can explore the stunning natural surroundings, including Paklenica National Park and the Zrmanja River Canyon, ideal for hiking, kayaking, or cycling. Additionally, nearby Zadar offers a rich history, cultural landmarks, and excellent gastronomy.
