The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC, along with its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom is a large room furnished with 1 sofabed and 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also featuring a private shower and WC, with direct access to both the terrace and the swimming pool. A well-equipped kitchen of 12 m2 completes the ground floor, alongside an additional shower room with a separate WC. On the upper floor, the third bedroom offers 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a peaceful and private retreat.
