Holiday house with pool

Casa do Sobreiro is housed in a late 19th century farmhouse comprising a house and a 12 000 m2 wooded and landscaped land, which includes an annexed villa, a swimming pool and a badminton court located on Mexedinho 307 street in Pedroso, Vila Nova de Gaia 12 km from the center of Porto.
The attached villa has a large and cozy living space with a sofa bed and fireplace, as well as an eating area in the vicinity of the kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary cooking utensils.
Next to the entrance is a small, double-glazed room for two people, and at the other end of the house a double room, rum-oriented outside corner with deck, table and chairs. In the vicinity of this room is the bathroom with shower, having an anteroom with washbasin. The villa is equipped with central heating, wifi and television.
The property has no reception and access to the farm gate and the accommodation door is guaranteed by two codes. House cleaning assistance is provided every three days.
Casa do Sobreiro is located 5 km from the Douro River where the Fluvial Beach and Arnelas Anchorage are located, and 12 km from the sea, from the famous beaches of Aguda and Granja.
The access from the airport is by the A28 towards Lisbon and, crossing Porto and Ponte da Arrábida in the south direction, by the A1-Lisboa, leaving at Carvalhos (exit 19). Driving 1400m in the direction of Pedroso Monastery is CASA DO SobreIRO. The entrance in the fifth is made in the posterior area to the house, where there are vehicles entrance.
