Located in the central area, next to the City Hall, this apartment is part of a typical building, completely renovated in 2020. The common areas include large green spaces, wide corridors and an outdoor swimming pool with a wooden deck and fruit trees and a garden. Free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen and air conditioning.

The studio apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. It has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, suspended television, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet and blanket, and bedside table.

The living room has several windows facing the back of the building, a comfortable sofa, furniture and large cupboards with storage space, a dining area for two people, a kitchen equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave oven, coffee machine and air conditioning. conditioning.
