You will have access to everything this upper duplex has to offer minus the aforementioned hot tub on the deck.
There are a couple closets or cabinets that are locked for owner storage.

There is a business and tenants in the main level of this house, please be mindful of noise and respect the privacy of the tenants.
There is a hot tub up on the upper deck but unfortunately it is not available for use, please do not attempt to fill it or mess with it, such would incur additional fees.
