"We came for a few days to hike in the area. The place was very cozy and nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts are very nice, friendly people who really wanted us to feel welcome and comfortable - and we did."

"Just what we wanted: a spacious amount of room for 4 people, an unusual location while still convenient to Portland, and a responsive host. It's more "house" than "boat," but it's located on a pretty little stretch of water with a small current. We loved watching the geese family, heron and beaver across the way. We weren't expecting train tracks to be so close, or the trains so plentiful, but it soon added to the charm of the place. Access is easy, with one reserved parking spot. Others living...

"We took an extended weekend with our kids and my father here. Everything about the house was amazing. Sitting in the sauna after playing in the pool was really nice. The movie theater was really cool; the sound system is built into the chairs so it gives you a immersive experience.The only down side was that we had go home; we would have loved to stay longer!"

"Property is location is great. Views are awesome. House is on the older side but in great condition and very peaceful. Lots of space and owners are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend."

"For the second year in a row, our women’s retreat has enjoyed this property for four fabulous days in October. It is perfectly suited to our purpose of rest and renewal. The home has everything we need plus lovely features such as the wrap-around porch, the indoor fireplace, and outdoor fire pit with beautiful chairs circling it.
