Inside, expect a clean, compact, practical stay for two: queen bed, one bathroom, full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, cookware, in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, TV, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Cooling and primary heat come from a mini-split in the main living area, with cadet heat as backup. Airflow can be less direct away from the main unit, and a box fan is available for extra airflow.

We welcome pets! Our cleaning team deep cleans between every stay, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
