Discover 'Sea No Evil,' a beautiful four-bedroom beachfront property situated on the picturesque 30A at Cape San Blas, part of an intimate gated community with only five homes. Enjoy your own private elevated saltwater pool, an *elevator that offers easy access to every level, and the opportunity to build lasting memories with $400 worth of adventure gear rentals for your coastal getaway.

THE SPACE
- Sleeps up to 10 guests.
- Two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and one bunk room with four twin beds.
- Includes an adjustable Tempur-Pedic king mattress with individual controls.
- Private elevated saltwater pool (8.5 x 17), with optional heating available for an additional charge.
- Garage features designated parking for boats, RVs, and trailers.
- Screened porch provides seats and a dining area.
- Includes a gas grill, wine cooler, and separate ice maker.

This Home Accommodates 10.

Bed Count: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin/Twin Bunks.

The King Master Suite is found on the top floor and features a Tempurpedic adjustable mattress with dual controls for head and feet adjustments.

Fireplaces are currently not available for guest use.

Sea No Evil is a non-smoking house - inside and outside.

Bringing a pet (2 dog limit - Strictly Enforced) or want pool heat? Either can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a min. age limit.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Boats, RVs, and Trailers must be stored inside the garage. There is no overnight parking in the driveway or street. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Naturally, this does not include a few hours to load or unload. Bayou Storage (850-229-8397) is less than 4 miles away and only charges $30 a week as of July 2023 with 24/7 access. Cars may be left in the driveway overnight but not on the street."

Lovely New Year Week!

We had a fantastic beach week enjoying the warm pool, easy beach access, biking and close-by Pickleball courts... The house is very comfortable and the management extremely responsive. Hope to be back next year!

We had an exceptional time during our stay. The home was incredible and exactly as described and pictured. So well-appointed, comfortable, clean and spacious. Every need was met and there was more than we even knew to ask for. Property Management was super responsive and friendly. We loved our stay.

Beautiful and picturesque beachfront home

Sea No Evil is probably one of the best beach homes we have ever rented. It was very clean and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels provided were pristine. I also have to mention that I was shocked that we never saw a single bug inside the home - which is a testament as to how clean and well-cared for the home is. The house was the perfect size for the 7 of us. The property managers at Cape and Coast were extremely easy to connect with, and very responsive. The kitchen was also surprisingly well-stocked with all the necessary cookware, utensils, etc. We were well-informed as to what to expect as far as linens that were provided, and what additional basic supplies that we would need to bring (TP, paper towels, etc.) - which was very helpful. There were plenty of games and puzzles to entertain us on the few rainy days that we had. Overall, this home is one of the top properties we have ever rented, and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful house...Beautiful view!!

This house was beautifully decorated, new, and clean. The elevator made unloading and loading a breeze. The view from the porch and pool area was breathtaking and just a few steps to the beautiful but quiet beach. Close to town and anything you need. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully Decorated Home

This home is so well equipped, family friendly and designed with everyone in mind. We had a great stay, the pool was wonderful and the location to the beach was perfect. The only issue I would say was the house next door is under construction, the sawing and hammering early in the morning interrupted with the morning peaceful coffee time starring out at the ocean. However it was nothing to deter renting this lovely place for the week. My family was impressed and would love to rent again if the time was right. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the luxuries you provided.

Simply amazing!

This property is nothing short of amazing. The listing and photos are accurate but don't tell the true story of this house's peaceful location and well thought out interior. The pool on the main living level is amazing for small children allowing the parents to interact with the rest of the group while still supervising. The kitchen is completely stocked and ready for the chefs among your group. Bring yourselves and be ready to relax! My only negative is that there is not a door on the bunk room. Such a simple thing would reduce the noise level.

Spring Break

This house we stayed in is perfect. Make sure you have the pool heated because the ocean isn’t very warm in early March. The whole house is setup very well. We brought our dog and the fenced in area is really nice.
