The home resides in a quiet neighborhood at the north end of the Cape with estate size lots, and private beach access. it’s a short walk to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and just a few steps to the beach and the gulf water’s edge. Swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the Gulf and the Bay. Pet friendly.

*The main living area is on the second level with the kitchen, dining, family room and laundry room. There is a king master suite just off the living room for the members of your group that may benefit from fewer steps.

*The second level includes two additional suite size bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed and full bath. This suite has a private gulf facing balcony with comfortable seating ideal for sunset and star gazing views. The additional suite offers two double beds and a full bath.

The decks provide a venue for relaxing and taking in the gulf view. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, range and plenty of counter space.

*The ground floor has covered parking for up to 3 cars, enough additional space for a boat and trailer, and a picnic table. Ground level refrigerator allows guests to grab a cold drink easily. The entry area houses beach accessories, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a patio with charcoal grill and seating.

The owner has stocked this home with plenty of beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, toys and beach accessories. Use that credit toward bikes, kayaks or a paddle board! This home also includes both gas and charcoal grills on the ground floor.
