Welcome to Magnolia Green, a modern 3BR home just 12 minutes from Jensen Beach. This stylish retreat features a spacious private backyard, cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for families or groups. Whether relaxing at home or exploring Port St. Lucie, this home is your perfect getaway.
ACCESS AND AMENTITIES: Guests must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 in order to book. The booking party must be present throughout the entire stay with accompanying Guests. Exceptions apply and must be approved with Host prior to scheduled stay. Government-issued identification and signed standard lease agreement of the booking party is required prior to check-in. This is part of our verification process and helps ensure a secure and smooth stay for all guests.
Amenities are reserved solely for the use of the registered Guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.
A maximum of to two visitors are allowed with pre-approval from the Host. Approved visitors must vacate the premises by 10pm. In no case shall any unregistered Guests stay overnight in the unit. The booking party shall remain in control of any and all parties (including minors) on the property and shall accept all liability for such, including any persons allowed on the property for visitation.

EARLY CHECK-INS: We will always do our best to accommodate early check-ins but we ask for grace in understanding that early check-ins may interfere with our cleaning crew’s schedule and thus may impact our ability to accommodate you.

CLEANING: Magnolia Green is a 5-Star Hotel experience and to do that the Host will ensure that the unit is adequately maintained, kept clean and tidy. This includes (but not limited to) garbage removal, providing clean bedding and ensuring you have a clean space to stay. The designated cleaning time is between 11:01am-2:59pm. For stays over twenty-eight consecutive days, unit refreshing every twenty-eight days is required.

LATE DEPARTURES: Please be advised Guests are given a 15-minute grace period to vacate the premises. Departures beyond 11:15am are deemed late and will be assessed a $75 fee unless a request has been made and approval has been granted. Requests must be made no later than 24-hours prior before your scheduled departure.

SMOKING, SECURITY AND SAFETY: For your safety, this is a non-smoking/vaping property. This means there is no smoking/vaping allowed indoors. Violation of this rule is subject immediate forfeiture of stay without refund and/or may subject the Guests to damages levied by the Host. There are smoke alarms are located in the adjoining hall and in the kitchen area; and a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. A First Aid Kit can be located under the kitchen sink as well. There is one security camera affixed to the top right corner of the garage. It will be on, recording audio and video throughout your entire stay. Tampering or disabling any security device or any clearly locked areas is strictly forbidden and may result in the Host discharging Guests, and/or may subject the Guests to damages levied by the Host, and/or local penalties of the law, fines, or all the above. If an event should occur where the devices are activated or sounded, you should proceed to the nearest exit. In some cases, depending on the event, that exit may include the window of your room which is designed to stay open when lifted to allow for easy egress.

PETS: No pets in any capacity are allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate forfeiture of your stay. If however, your pet is a service animal please provide answers to the following questions:
1. Is the assistance animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

PARTIES, EVENTS AND NOISE: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We will do everything within our power to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, but we also respect our neighbors. Noise detectors may be on site which will indicate intolerable noise levels.

USE OF PREMISES: Guests shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to film, have photo shoots, sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Guests shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.

The house is fabulous and very conveniently located. All the beds are very comfortable, the linens and towels in great condition and the furniture is very nice. Appliances are perfect and the washer and dryer amazing! A great stay!

The property was excellent in every respect. Extremely clean and well maintained. we wanted for nothing; plenty of towels, linens etc. The beds were very comfortable, great to have a washer and dryer. close to Stuart and Jensen Beach.The host, Sharalyn, was in contact with us our whole stay and was amazingly attentive. We enjoyed our stay at this home! We had a group of friends in town for a wedding and this house was great for our needs.The bedrooms and baths are updated and well decorated. We had trouble with the front door keypad at one point and our host was super helpful. She responded quickly and couldn't have been kinder!

Perfect location if you want to check out the Jensen Beach/Port St Lucie area. The home was exactly as listed. Very clean and perfectly sized for our group of 4 adults. Linens, towels etc were provided which we always appreciate when traveling from a distance. Lots of little welcome touches like a basket of snacks and coffee/tea products. Most impressive was the communication with Sharalyn the host. She went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. We hope to return in the future and would definitely stay here again!
