This home caters to corporate executive travel & families looking for a luxury home with room for up to 2 boats! Walk just 2 blocks to the beach to enjoy the sunrise and sit on the dock in the evenings to watch the sun set while grilling on the propane grille! The best seafood restaurant in town is only 100yds!

Affluent neighborhood with multi million dollar homes all around. Very relaxed and quiet, this home sits on the river and is only 2 blocks away from the beach. You can bring your boat and park it on the dock, even use the lift if needed. We can accommodate up to a 45 foot boat on the main lift with a 16,000 pound capacity!

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay.

A separate $500 pet fee per pet per month will be requested after booking. An additional $500 applies for rentals exceeding one month and for reservations with more than one pet.
A lease agreement and a separate $750 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 23 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, rental agreement, and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $12 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
When there are extreme low temperatures, it is likely the pool heater will not be able to keep up as they are not designed for extreme temperatures. There will not be refunds if the pool is unable to maintain the heated temp as that is outside of our control.
