"This was one of my absolute favorite places to stay. Tara was very responsive and easy to accommodate my requests. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and they had so many nice touches like bikes, beach toys, towels, corn hole, games, movies and more to make your stay complete. We loved biking on the beach and down A1A. The two porches to enjoy the view of the ocean were my favorite. Would definitely be back again!"

"My friends and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to new Smyrna's shopping area. We had plenty of space to spread out. The large screen porch made a wonderful gathering area in the evening. Nice, quiet community with pools and other amenities nearby."

"What an amazing stay!! The hotel is a little rough around the egdes, but the ROOM, its like a totally different environment. Ask for more towels and tp and the owner without question brought it right over. Loved having access to the back door, takes you right to the beach. We saw dolphins from the balcony and it was amazing!! Within walking distance from pretty much everything you could need or want. When we come back next year, this will be the first place i look at to rent. Loved it!!"

"I have stayed at Coconut Palms II on several occasions and my husband and I love the location. The facility, grounds and staff are great. They are still recovering from a couple of hurricanes but continue to take care of facilities and the guests just the same. This stay had a million dollar view with that 4th floor balcony. "Já me hospedei neste hotel por algumas vezes mas devo reconhecer que ele está precisando passar por algumas reformas e renovação no mobiliário dos quartos que encontram-se em situação precária de uso, como sofá rasgado, chuveiro com pouca água, carpetes com cheiro forte. O café da manha já foi melhor e atualmente está pouco atrativo. O estacionamento disponível com inúmeras vagas sempre esteve incluido no preço das diárias e atualmente está sendo cobrado a parte o que pode inviabilizar a escolha do hotel."
