"The property was in terrible condition. There was an electrical outlet taped on the wall. One window was taped to hold it in. All most all baseboard and facings were in need of repair and or paint. In one bead tile was hiding a hole in the floor. This property was not safe. Additionally the outside was extremely messing and cluttered It was quite a shame because the host was a nice man and the view was spectacular. It was large but poorly supplied. "We had a really enjoyable stay at this property! Ken went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. The property is right on the beach perfect for relaxing walks, watching sunrises & sunsets, and listening to the waves. One of the biggest highlights is that the property is pet friendly which made traveling with our doggy so much easier and more enjoyable."

"Beverlys place is not quite as advertised. I wouldn't call it 3 masters as there are jo adjoining bathrooms. The room with the bunk beds might as well be a closet with no door on it. The A/C is window shakers in some of the rooms. Our visit was a very hot 4th of July weekend. The place was very warm, one of the bedrooms had no A/C at all, just a fan. Bunk beds are off common area of kitchen without a door that closed for sound/privacy.
