"It was a lovely location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tea time and breakfast were delicious, and they were easily able to make accommodations for gluten free. Highly recommend"

"The Boathouse is cute and cozy, with easy beach access. Communication and check-in was smooth and Susan was a great host."

"Fueron muy amables con el check in, la propiedad en buenas condiciones, baños y habitaciones limpias, no tuve complicaciones con el baño y la cocina compartidos debido a que no estaba llena la ocupación y algunas habitaciones tienen su propio baño. "Loved this property! It was clean and welcoming and comfortable! Will definitely book again if we come back to the area!"

"We visit the area frequently and previously owned a home in the neighborhood. We will definitely visit the property again. The location is great and permits a true experience of the Sunset Hill neighborhood in Ballard. The accomodations were new, clean, very comfortable, easy to access, and close to everything."
