"When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay...

"This is our second stay here and we absolutely love this house! The host is wonderful and communicative. The house is clean, cozy, and warm. The beds are great and there is plenty of room for 5 adults. And you just can't beat being next to the Delaware River! We look forward to staying here again next time we are in town!"

"Solid spot close to Middletown. Check in was easy, house was as described. Cleaner left dishes in the dishwasher and a couple of trash items on kitchen counter but putting them away didn’t detract from our stay at all."

"The interior was clean & modern although the tile floors had alot of cracks. The exterior was in sad condition..... overgrown with weeds from the house all the way down to the lake. The firepit & grill area were not usable. This could be a beautiful property if it were given some attention. The view is wonderful & the host was very obliging.Worst of all..... no corkscrew......"

"5 stars across the board! Super communicative host, even offered to change cleaning crew schedule to accommodate our needs. There is a beautiful creek going through the back yard. It’s lovely. I feel like pictures dont do it justice. Definitely a wonderful experience."

"This was a nice, clean property with everything I required for a trip with my son. It was very quiet and the only neighbor we saw was a little rabbit who visited every morning.The owner seemed very kind and understanding, which is always a blessing.The area itself offers no real public access to Highland Lake but there are plenty of other areas to explore nearby. Peck's Supermarket (actually a Foodtown) is very close if you need to grab anything.Thanks for having us, Pam!"
