"The elevator is out of service for more than a year. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. With a lot of luggage to carry on the stairs. The hallway of the third floor smells like a public restroom. The room the same. The air conditioning control of our room was not working. Overall a terrible experience. "

"We stayed here last year as a family of five with our Rottweiler and we returned this year. Our doggie loves the yard, the kids love the pool and hubby and I loved hearing the birds while drinking coffee in the lanai. We went to Boca Grande beach and got to swim with the manatees! "

"Was just as listing said, we had 8 adults and 4 children, all stayed comfortably at the house and it was nicely decorated big pool in backyard along with hot tube. We couldn’t have asked for a better place it was a great stay."
