"The Inn is just a short drive out of Bar Harbor. It's a beautiful old building that is well kept. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts are outstanding and varied! Only thing to watch is if you are on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep and narrow. If you cannot carry your luggage, this might be a problem for you. Otherwise, wonderful stay and wonderful property."

"The Inn was very very wonderful! The staff and Innkeeper Chris was available if you had sny questions. They mingled with all tge guests and made you feel right at home. We will recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone that plans to go to Bar Harbor Maine. Walking distance to everything! Will deginetly go back"

"The Acadia Bay Inn was beautiful both inside and out. The view was spectacular. The food was fabulous. It was the perfect place to disconnect and relax…but also close enough to Bar Harbor and other places when you wanted to do something. This is the first time we have ever stayed in a B&B. It was just as we hoped! Thank you Nicole and Matt."

"Eric and his team were wonderful. We feel so lucky that they had a last minute room available for a few days. A delightful and special place to stay. Breakfast and snacks were delicious and plentiful. Bed was comfortable and the shower was HEAVEN. This B&B is just a couple of blocks from the main street of Bar Harbor. We only used our car to drive to Acadia, minutes away from Holbrook House. There is even a park shuttle close, if you don't want to take your car into the park. We cannot wait...

"This was the highlight of our trip. The property was beautiful, and we had an amazing room overlooking the water. The location was perfect, walkable to the downtown area. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were great. If you're looking for that perfect coastal experience, this checked all the boxes for us."
