The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. "Cute & clean 5 floor beach vrbo with 2 master suites, huge TVs, modern remodel, comfy furniture & beds with roof top patio great for ocean & firework views, perfect for 2 couples."

"We had such an excellent stay. It was perfect for our large family with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Excellent communication, as we got locked out (our fault) and we messaged the host and within 5 minutes they were there helping us get back in! We will use the house again in the future!"

"First of all, finding the house entrance wasn't easy. Parking outside is a real headache because you have to park horizontally to avoid blocking the street. Second, the living room rug was dirty, with bits of toast on it, and the coffee table was filthy. The sofa was awful, with terrible stains that made you not want to sit on it. Third, the tiny kitchen barely had the bare essentials and didn't even have a blender. Fourth, the patio furniture was filthy and covered in cobwebs."
