Spend your days hiking trails and birdwatching, strolling through lush gardens full of ancient runes, and enjoying a round at a top-notch, scenic golf course. Daytona Speedway is less than 15 miles away, and for a day trip, you can visit Cape Canaveral and watch a rocket launch.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises
Building is undergoing construction on parking garage and may have limited parking or parts of garage blocked off during repairs. Balconies are also being washed and painted during this time, please reach out to see if your reservation may be impacted by non use of your balcony during this time. As with all construction, times and schedules are subject to change, please be aware there may be noise due to construction. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
