Charming traditional finca

This idyllically situated finca is nestled in an old and lush garden on the old beach road between Pollenca and Port Pollenca. The historic old town of Pollenca is 1.5 km away; the beach at Porto Pollenca is 4 km away.

The finca has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and air conditioning and one on the ground floor with fan and 2 single beds)., 2 bathrooms (both on the top floor, the small one is located between 2 bedroom and the big one can be reached through the hallway), a kitchen and a living room. There is a laundry room in an extra house in the backyard together with an additional toilet. The bedroom on the ground floor of the finca has an additional outside door, which can be advantageous for guests consisting of 2 families or older children. It also has an extra living room attached.
WiFi is included.
On the 3,000m2 property there is a pool with sun loungers, various sun-protected verandas, partly equipped with lounge furniture and seating, and a shaded play area for children with a swing and climbing frame. There is also a basketball hoop. There is also a brick outdoor barbecue. The pool is about 6x7 metres and 1.10 to 1.60 metres deep. From the seating, children can be easily observed in the pool. 2 foldable baby cots and 2 highchairs are also available.

The house was built about 120 years ago and is a typical stone farmhouse for this part of the island. The garden has many fruit trees, such as lemons, oranges, clementines, pomegranates, olives, apricots, figs, walnuts and almonds.

The house has NO central heating, only a pellet stove.
