The property has lots of space, with multiple areas to socialise both indoors and outdoors, which worked well for a large group.The communal pool could be described more clearly in the listing. The amenities section refers to both an “outdoor pool” and a “communal pool”, but there is only a communal pool.We were also surprised to find only two wine glasses provided, which felt odd given this is a wine region and the property accommodates up to 16 guests.On Christmas Day, the oven repeatedly tripped, and when we tried to call the host using the number in the welcome pack, the host wouldn’t take my call. We were instead prompted to submit queries via the app, after which the host contacted us by text. Overall, the Vrbo support experience felt quite poor.Prior to our stay, we experienced some personal emergencies that meant not all guests were able to travel. We contacted the host more than seven weeks in advance, but they were unwilling to offer any flexibility and directed us to Vrbo support, which felt impersonal and unhelpful.Despite these issues, we did enjoy the stay overall.
