"A lovely place to stay. Lots of nice features, even a gas fireplace. Comfortable. Overlooks a pretty back garden. Great location."

"This is a lovely studio on Tomales Bay. I happened to pick the wrong weekend to go as there was a king tide and major rain storm. Took away the dock and did some other damage. BUT, the place is lovely and exactly as in the listing and the owners and manager were very gracious and refunded the trip since was no power or water most of the time. So highly recommended and this was like a every 30 year event not the usual so do not be dissuaded by my weekend :) Otherwise Tamales bay is beautiful...

"This was a beyond beautiful, well kept property and Jeff is a PHENOMENAL host.Situated right on the beach/ocean and a short walk from town I could not imagine a better place to stay in Stinson. The unit was spotless, bright, and very modern. I typically would not describe a beach house as “cozy” but that is exactly what it felt like while we were there, and I wish we could have stayed longer!Jeff communicated check in/out and general property instructions/information thoroughly and well ahead of...

"This sweet place was exactly what we were hoping for. Private, quiet, clean, simple and in nature. The cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Stephen is responsive and a great host. We will so be back to this wonderful spot. Just a short drive to the beach and amazing restaurants. We were very happy with our stay. "

"My wife and I spent 5 fabulous days in the most comfortable, calming and private quarters. Heather, the owner of the property, is most definitely a SUPER HOST! The accommodations were great. Everything we possibly could have needed was right there. We loved staying there and look forward to returning again."
