"The hotel is fabulous. The only minor negative is I feel the sun beds are a bit close together. Staff are lovely, food delicious, Italian restaurant superb, prices reasonable.. Enjoyed the Pilates classes and the other entertainments."

"From the moment we walked in to the grand entrance the tram at The Grand Tacande were there to help and ensure everyone had the best experience. Loved our 4 night stay. Wonderful breakfast buffet with so much choice - options to have a table outside or inside, also dined in one evening - very good value. Pool lovely, plenty of beds and nice bar areas. Enjoyed the Sound bath session. Perfect spot just a short walk to the beach"

"This hotel (unlike many other hotels is this area) is located right next to the beach. But what is really unique is that this beach is very well protected from the waves which are quite strong sometimes. While many other neighbour beaches were closed ours was open. So in addition to the swimming pools in the hotel we were able to swim every day in the ocean. We also liked that hotel that hotel is located in a quiet, not crowded, corner of Costa Adeje but one can find restaurants and shops in...

"O hotel está bem localizado, tem acesso a boas praias e a playa Americas,é seguro e tem muito boas condições. O serviço de pequeno de almoço é muito completo mas o serviço de jantar devia ter mais opções, pois é demasiado simples. Falta alguma organização nos restaurantes e o atendimento na receção é pouco amigável, necessitei de alugar um carro e apenas me disseram que a Avis com quem trabalham, estava encerrada e não se preocuparam em me ajudar. Mas no geral o hotel é bom."
