"The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+ The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing. The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay."

"Fabulous holiday in this hotel. Apartment was great, bedroom, kitchen and sitting area were all excellent. The large balcony/terrace made the holiday. Fantastic views, sun from approximately 11am onwards. Space for 2 sun beds with room for table and chairs. Very private. The receptionist, Gabriela was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. "Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles gut ausgestattet und auf einem modernen Stand der Technik. Die Anlage befindet sich in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Uns hat es persönlich nicht gestört. Ganz im Gegenteil. Es war ziemlich cool. Alles in allem werden wir diese Unterkunft beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen"

"Está desatualizado um pouco fora de moda os móveis , porém pelo que vi estão arrumando algum apartamentos já foram reformados . O estacionamento poderia ser já incluído no valor do hotel, e poderiam arrumar junto a prefeitura uma entrada da qual não tenha que dar a volta em todo campo de golfe pra entrar no hotel . O resto estava bem , exatamente o que estava nas fotos . "

"That was a really pleasant stay in Regency The apartmenta are very confortable, the staff is very kind, the locations is great (better if you are by car) and the swimming pool is a must. Very recommended."

"Great Apartments, clean & modern, not too far from all the hustle and bustle however is on top of quite a steep hill, we just hired e-scooters for the week and was fine but would definitely stay again, did t try the hotel food other than the toasties at the pool so couldn’t comment on the food but the toasties were great! Top tip get your drinks from supermarket at the hotel pool bar more than triple the shop "

"Really enjoyed this apartment hotel. Very nice staff! Help and friendly to make your stay comfortable. The local area is full nice Spanish restaurants if you look for them and the hotel restaurant is quite nice if you don’t want to go out. Walkable distance to los Cristianos beach. "I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the conditions of the room I am staying in. Unfortunately, I have noticed the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the spring mattress is quite uncomfortable and does not meet quality expectations. Overall, the room is far below the expected standard, especially considering the daily rate being charged. I hope these issues are addressed urgently and that the hotel takes the necessary steps to ensure a clean, comfortable environment that aligns with the price."
