"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"It was sad that there was no a remote controler to watch TV and no free Wi-Fi. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or body balm in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t have a stand and was spraying all over the floors snd walls, no option to have a bath because bath tap didn't work. "

"Lovely little place to stay, location is excellent. Staff were lovely and place was spotless. Could be doing with some updating but that does not take anything away from this little gem. "

"The location is straight on the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. There is a shop inside of the building too. "

"Me parece una opción muy buena para alojarte si vas a estar unos dias en la isla y quieres estar en el sur pero sin zonas masificadas. A 10-15 minutos en coche de cualquier parte. "

"Existe 2 Beverly Hills(club e heights) no site não explica isso. O meu transfer me deixou cheia de malas na portaria do club e não era esse tive que ir a pé cheia de malas subindo ladeira até outra portaria.Pessimo. Falta de informação e estrutura para recepcionar o hóspede. O quarto de 2 suítes e grande e muito bom. O heights e silencioso e tranquilo. O club e muito barulhento e movimentado. Ducha e cama razoável sem muito conforto. O café tem que ir ao Club, sobe e desce ladeira. Mas é farto e...

"Está desatualizado um pouco fora de moda os móveis , porém pelo que vi estão arrumando algum apartamentos já foram reformados . O estacionamento poderia ser já incluído no valor do hotel, e poderiam arrumar junto a prefeitura uma entrada da qual não tenha que dar a volta em todo campo de golfe pra entrar no hotel . O resto estava bem , exatamente o que estava nas fotos . "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Sun Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which really made a difference to our experience.
