"The studio is ideally located and larger than it appears in the photos. Very clean and reasonably struck, and it was great to have access to laundry. Fantastic location, one block off the water and the train station and all of downtown. Errin was a great communicator and helped to make our stay very pleasant."

"Chad is a wonderful host - so accommodating to our needs. We were able to check-in early & check-out a few hours late. The setting is great - a lovely view of the river. The chickens & goats were such fun - the chickens greeted us on the front porch in the morning. I highly recommend this property; we hope to stay there again!"

"Clean, cozy, and tidy apartment was as described, with clean linens and towels and comfortable beds for myself and two teenage daughters. Host was responsive, and check-in and check-out was simple. Exterior and street are very dark at night, and the motion-sensitive lights were helpful. Would suggest stocking apt least one washcloth per person per night. Apartment is a 20-min walk to Henry's Diner and other good restaurant options. "

"Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night."
