"The hotel is lovely, charming and in a great location for shops and walking. The dining menu and meals are wonderful, with a southern flair. Although not important to us, we found the pool use to be impractical. The pool is located at the college with limited hours."

"I was very let down that there was no longer a hot tub. That is always my first go to. And the pool looked clean until you got in then you notice all the dirt and silt laying on the bottom getting stirred up as you walked down into the water. The room was very clean, no complaints with the room and the property. Just the amenities was very disappointing ."

"Very nice no disappointments"

"We were disappointed the pool was under maintenance and we were unable to use it. But otherwise everything was great. There was a large event and the e staff worked hard to keep breakfast well stocked with so many people eating at once. I want to give a special mention to John who searched for our left behind blanket for a week before finding it. Most places would have given up after the first day. I was very pleased to get the call a week later saying that he found the blanket and would ship...

"A hidden gem. This was a former Hampton Inn but it was just as good as any big name hotel. Rooms were clean and everything was working. Comfortable beds and lots of parking. Excellent gym."
