"Sry friendly staff and accommodating"

"Beautiful rooms and common spaces. Very good breakfast. Not located near any eating places or stores within walking distance. We booked this hotel because they had an EV charger but unfortunately it did not work with our car even though we had a Tesla adapter. Very disappointed. We would had booked a different hotel if we knew. "

"A hidden gem. This was a former Hampton Inn but it was just as good as any big name hotel. Rooms were clean and everything was working. Comfortable beds and lots of parking. Excellent gym."

"It would have received A 5 STAR review; however, the toliet paper really causes a mess when you have beginner wiper with you. So families, it's a great place; however, I strongly sugges pack your own toilet paper"

"Fights in the hallway with kids in the hallway from a baseball tournament. Management was impotent to stop them. Called twice. Left the hotel after 4 hours and demanding a full refund."

"The night that we checked in the front desk was questioning what I wanted to book. After explaining that is what we want she still tried to question it. The following morning when I was trying to check out (530am as we had a drive) I waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Knocked on all the staff doors, called the front desk repeatedly and still no on. No where to put my room keys for a drop box. I finally left a note with my room keys on the desk explaining that I could not...

"Lets start with the broken TPaper holder - like the 3rd time it has been reattached Phone not working -no back up Noisy room all time - a machine of some type is running and vibrating walls Window electric blind not working , will not go up -waiting repair parts Why provide this room with all these issues???? I suggest the Hotel Manger spend a night in the room."
