After this being our 4th visit to Postcard cabins (previously owned by a different company), it will most likely be our last. I was hesitant to book after seeing they had been bought out by Marriott, and it came with good reasoning. The day of check-in we got our code as usual. When we arrived to the cabin at 1 AM, the code did not work. Waited around 10 minutes for a response and then finally got a code that did let us in the cabin. We were greeted by a nasty smell of a previously cooked meal it seemed. After a long day of travel, we decided to spray essential oils and deal with it. Then on the day of checkout, got a text again saying that our cabin would be ready for check-in at 4 PM. I responded back saying that we were checking out and needed a checkout code. They said sorry about that and then proceeded to not give me a code and I had to ask again. This was very disappointing as we have had three great experiences before this, but I believe having such a big company buy them out, reduces their high level of previous management.
