The pool was fantastic and we loved being right on the canal, which we took full advantage of it for kayaking and paddle boarding. "The host locked us out and took all of our belongings a day before scheduled checkout. Items included computer, important medications, passport, clothes, toiletries and golf travel bags. She only tried contacting me once via email that afternoon while we were golfing. No other attempts were made to contact us. We didn’t get our belongings back until 10pm that night, and we had a 5am departure the next morning. Very very inconvenient "
