"The host locked us out and took all of our belongings a day before scheduled checkout. Items included computer, important medications, passport, clothes, toiletries and golf travel bags. She only tried contacting me once via email that afternoon while we were golfing. No other attempts were made to contact us. We didn’t get our belongings back until 10pm that night, and we had a 5am departure the next morning. Very very inconvenient "

"Upon pulling up I was a bit concerned but it’s just an older property. Once inside it was very clean and very nicely put together. The bed is a soft mattress if that’s any pro or con for anyone. It does not have a washer/dryer (and it never said it did or didn’t). We were gone most of the time so I didn’t use the kitchen much, but looked quite stocked with utensils, appliances etc. The grocery store is close. I only communicated with the hosts via text but all was fine there. "
