"More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!"

"Property is not clean especially the hallway. The smell is not good."

"Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend."

"Excellent. Beachfront room as expected. 10 out of 10. Will come back "

"Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. At the end of the day this is still a short term stay condotel"

"Stay was just ok. Wi-Fi did not work. And when they gave us a different router. They wanted us to install. No toilet paper. Only 2 bath towels for three people. Their advertising seriously over exaggerated what we received. We were expecting more than we got."

"It was great . I needed a break and place to stay . The owner is very friendly "

"The air conditioner is insufficient and very old and works loudly. The cleaning was not that good. There was women's hair on the floor. My allergies increased because there was no air conditioner filter."
